With three full baths your guests will have plenty of time to shower or freshen up before dinner. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats up to 16. The kitchen is open to the family room which consists of a large wall of glass windows overlooking the sun room, back yard and the lake. A private bungalow right outside the back door, sleeps up to 6 people with three bunk beds and a great view of the lake.
The outdoor patio areas of this home are an entertainer’s dream with four separate gathering areas. In the summer, use our pier to dock your boat or jet skis. Swimming, fishing, boating and all water sports are in full swing during this time of year. Your family will love the many activities this lake has to offer. On those chilly autumn nights, roast marshmallows as you gather around the stone patio and fire pit overlooking the lake.

Leisurely tube or kayak down the Guadalupe or Comal rivers for the day or take the kids to Schlitterbaun, the #1 water park in the world!
